do I book?
Bookings should be made though our secure
real time booking system by clicking here.
Prices are posted up to a year in advance and any booking
is instantly confirmed and guaranteed.
What’s the cancellation
policy?
Bookings may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours
before you’re due to arrive at no charge whatsoever.
We take your card number when you book
for security purposes only bur no deposit is
taken.
What cards do you accept?
American Express, Visa, EuroMastercard, JCB, Diners
Club and CartaSi.
What time is check-in?
Anytime after midday. Note: For nighttime arrivals please
let us know your ETA by leaving a note in the comments
box when booking.
What time is check-out?
We ask that you kindly check-out before 11 am, though
you’re welcome to leave your luggage with us until
later in the day.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately not.
What’s the child
policy?
Prices are per room, not per person. If your child is
big enough to require a bed then you should book accordingly.
Note: We are unable to provide cribs or cots.
What about privacy?
We guarantee we will not share any information about
you with any third party. For more details see our privacy
policy.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, Italian breakfast. We’d love to do bacon
and eggs but we’d never be able to do it right!
What about concierge/bookings
and reservations/advice and recommendations?
All of the above is at your disposal. Also, check our
